1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Patrol Ops application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Patrol Ops offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("PatrolOps Pro") to unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto renewal by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Patrol Ops is an independent utility application developed to assist patrol officers.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for complete accuracy in overtime calculations, procedural references, and document generation, the developer assumes no liability for administrative errors, payroll discrepancies, rejected paperwork, or disciplinary actions resulting from the use of this App. Users must always verify their final documentation and timekeeping against official department systems.
