1. Data Storage & Security

Patrol Ops is designed with privacy as the core foundation. All sensitive data including Arrest Packages, Summons information, and personal notes is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external databases of your police activity.

2. ESS & Financial Credentials

To provide real time Overtime and Paycheck tracking, the app interacts with the ESS portal. Your login credentials are encrypted and stored securely using Apple's native iOS Keychain. We do not transmit, view, or store your passwords on any third-party servers.

3. Location Data

The app may request access to your location (GPS) strictly to facilitate mapping features and autofill precinct/sector data for your reports. This location data is processed on-device and is never tracked or monetized.
